Step into inner
connection
and healing

A sanctuary for somatic chiropractic care, nervous system regulation, and embodied healing.

We're here to help you feel at home in your body

Welcome

This is not a quick adjustment and out-the-door experience. Soma Connection is a space for deep, relational healing at the pace your body needs.

We help you feel at home in your body, not by fixing you from the outside, but by helping your system find what it already knows.

"Dr. Myles is a true healer: compassionate, intuitive, and precise. I always feel comfortable, safe, and understood. Afterwards, I feel a drastic positive shift in my body and mindset."

Chronic pain that hasn't responded to anything else.

Anxiety that lives in the body, not just the mind.

A nervous system that can't find its way to rest.

Symptoms your doctors haven't been able to explain.

Trauma that never fully resolved.

A body you've felt disconnected from.

A self ready to come home.

We work with what others have missed

If these feel familiar in your body, you are not alone.

Addressing the root causes, not just the symptoms

Our Approach

Your body stores unprocessed stress and trauma as physical tension, holding the shape of experiences you haven't integrated. Through attuned touch and deep somatic listening, we help your body complete what it couldn't finish, so its healing intelligence can do its job.

"Dr. Myles's work has made such an impact on my healing: physically, emotionally, spiritually. Each session opens a portal in my body, allowing another layer to fall away."

What to Expect

A different kind of care

  • Human beings are self-healing organisms. Through attuned touch, the nervous system develops an awareness of somatic holding patterns, allowing them to release. Somatic Chiropractic gives the body another chance to process stored physical and emotional tension and trauma. It takes a holistic approach to the entire ecosystem of health, rather than focusing solely on the spine.

  • When we slow down and trust the body’s wisdom, it reveals what we need most. We help people learn how to listen. Facilitated embodiment during adjustments helps you drop in, stay grounded, feel safe, and open your heart.

Life gets tough, and it can be tempting to check out of the body. Many of the answers aren’t out there. They’re already inside if we slow down and listen.

  • Providing a safe space for healing is one of our main focuses. Everyone who walks through our door brings with them a unique history and complex life experience. Our approach is designed to meet their specific needs, without rushing them through a cookie-cutter “method” or pushing through doors that aren’t ready to be opened. As a queer-owned practice, we provide gender-affirming and inclusive care for all bodies and identities to thrive.
