Did you know that the pancreas feels like a wet bag filled with overcooked oatmeal, or that the heart moves more like a vortex than a pump? In this 2-hour class, we explore the anatomy, physiology, and textural quality of your abdominal organs through direct palpation, demonstration, and optional partnered exercises.

Organs covered typically include some combination of: the lungs, heart, esophagus and stomach, liver, pancreas, small intestine, large intestine, and kidneys. Myles will demo releases on audience volunteers and there will be time for Q&A.

This class is also available as a full-day immersion.

A lot of bodywork focuses on pushing into tight spots. But tight spots are often just the surface of a longer story.

In this hands-on workshop, we explore what it means to truly listen through touch. We practice differentiating tissue layers, track how tension patterns travel through the body, and use basic osteopathic techniques to find the root cause rather than just a symptom.

The deeper thread running through all of it: learning to cultivate a quality of presence and attunement where the body begins to communicate and unwind on its own, with less effort and more listening.

This class is an exploration of attunement: sensing and matching the tone of another person's nervous system, meeting them where they are, and moving together toward greater coherence and ease. Through guided exercises and hands-on partner work, we develop the kind of presence that makes the body want to open.

No prior experience is necessary, just a willingness to slow down, tune in, and get curious about what touch can teach us. Best suited for practitioners or those with prior somatic or bodywork experience.

Did you know that just under your skin there is a fractal, liquid crystalline matrix that communicates faster than your nervous system? Our fascia and integumentary system is the body's largest organ: endocrine, lymphoid, metabolic, and deeply sensitive.

This class teaches anatomy texture-first, pointing out body sensations before labeling them. Participants learn to feel the superficial fascia, deep investing fascia, muscle, bone, and more through guided solo and partnered exercises.

When you're running on fumes, your body has a pathway back to regulation: the vagus nerve. This hands-on workshop is an invitation to befriend your nervous system.

Together we'll explore the intricate anatomy of the vagus nerve, the longest cranial nerve in your body, weaving from brainstem to heart to gut, and learn practical tools to help it do what it does best: signal safety, end the stress cycle, and open the door to healing.

Through breath, sound, and functional neurology exercises, we'll practice techniques designed to shift your system out of survival mode and build resilience before burnout takes hold. You'll leave with a simple daily practice you can take home.

This is embodied learning: experiential, accessible, and grounded in both detailed anatomy and the wisdom of your own felt sense.
