Embodied learning experiences

Learn through touch

Somatic anatomy classes and hands-on workshops exploring the body through touch, perception, and nervous system awareness

Teaching

Hands First

I teach anatomy the way I wish I had been taught: hands first.

Throughout school, even in cadaver lab, anatomy often felt heady and disconnected from the actual experience of tissue. I wanted someone to help me feel what I was seeing, not just understand it intellectually.

The goal of these classes is to leave with an embodied felt sense of the material, greater trust in your hands, and curiosity to keep exploring.
